Dry-uncured Acorn-fed Ibérico Sobrasada is a product that is slowly cured, with an intense orange-red color and a characteristic irregular surface. If the product is kept at room temperature it will sweat reddish fat droplets and will be easy to spread.

Tasty without being too salty and easy to use
The sobrasada was very good. And I made several Mallorcan cocas with it they came out not too greasy and easy to spread on the dough. Many thanks.
I’ll order again when I’m making Mallorcan dishes.
